    Position Summary

    RallyWell is hiring Club Operations Associates to support daily operations across front desk services, member support, wellness operations, and facility presentation. This is a highly member-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming environments, anticipating needs, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented club setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    Member Experience & Front Desk Hospitality

    • Welcome members and guests in a warm, professional, and service-focused manner

    • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions and reservations

    • Assist members with CourtReserve club reservation software (training provided

    • Help members check in for court time, events, and wellness sessions

    • Provide a high-touch, hospitality-driven member experience

    Wellness & Facility Support

    • Learn how to safely operate RallyWell wellness equipment (training provided)

    • Assist members with wellness session preparation and scheduling

    • Monitor wellness areas to ensure proper usage, safety, and cleanliness

    Retail / Pro Shop

    • Monitor pro shop area

    • Assist members with purchases and product recommendations

    • Support inventory organization and restocking

    Facility Presentation & Operations

    • Help maintain overall facility cleanliness and organization

    • Ensure courts, common areas, and wellness spaces remain club-quality

    • Support cleaning and tidying throughout shifts

    Club Standards & Policies

    • Help ensure members and guests follow club rules and policies

    • Escalate member or facility issues to management when needed

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service or hospitality mindset

    • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

    • Comfortable learning new technology and software

    • Able to stand/walk for extended periods

    • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $14 – $17 per hour based on experience

    • This position does not currently include health benefits or additional benefits
