Had a great first-time experience here! Wayne was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show me around and explain everything. Love the energy and community at RallyWell! From the moment you walk in, and are greeted by Wayne and fellow staff you feel right at home. Beautiful establishment! So many great amenities including red light therapy, hydro massage, plenty of pick-ball courts and a full bar & restaurant! The trainers are all awesome, helpful and encouraging. Highlight of my visit was meeting Wayne and Kim at the front desk. They were phenomenal — customer service was A+. Had the pleasure of visiting here three times in the last two weeks. I took classes with Kim and Wayne, plus joined an open play. Kim is an upbeat, fun, happy, and inclusive person with a lot of patience 😆. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented player, paired with an amazing ability to break information down into bite-sized pieces and help you put it into play right away. I learned SO much! Wayne is also incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly very passionate about pickleball. He went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and shared so many tips that genuinely changed my game. Deland is lucky to have a facility like this. True story my husband and I went to the grand opening and instantly signed up for one of their top membership packages. We had never played a single game of Pickleball in our lives. We were so blown away with the facility that we decided to make this a regular date night activity. The staff are super friendly and attentive. After a couple of weeks they know us when we walk in the door by name.
